Memorial Day

Wow, how time flies!! I haven't posted here in a while cause I've been doing other things (like trying to keep the house consistently clean....ha!) Nah, it hasn't been too bad and it makes me feel much happier and calmer having a (semi-) clean house :)
This morning I went out with my best-friend Annie and we took the girls to the Wildlife Zoo! We had a blast. It was a bit hot, but we managed pretty well. It seemed to be just the perfect time to go because we saw all kinds of baby animals!! I have a little video of a baby giraffe running around - it was born May 11!! Too cute!



It's a little difficult to see, but the baby was running really well and seemed to having a great time! :)
We saw lots of monkeys and birds and Abby's favorite - the jaguar! But, my personal favorite was seeing the little baby camels, tigers, lion and kangaroo.....the kangaroo was born on Abby's 3rd birthday!





































Here are a few of the other animals we saw....it was a great morning, and now the girls are taking a nap and later we will be heading out to Shawn's aunt's for some swimming and bbq!
